All the hotels in IHMA portfolio are valuated through a real PARTNER ASSESSMENT before being proposed to the candidate, in order to guarantee participants the performance of a stage-phase in total harmony with the learning logic typical of a phase of training, but also of understanding and respect of the intern’s status.
To protect and appreciate the quality of IHMA interns, all the hotels offered by IHMA to the candidates are obliged to stipulate a STAGE AGREEMENT with our Academy, with payment obligations for the stage period in accordance with current regulations.
The stage proposed by IHMA allows the participants to be included in the company real resources and are therefore always very intense and non-passive work periods, always making opportunities emerge for the participant, enhancing and outsourcing the professional skills accumulated during the IHMA classroom in order to maximize their recruitment possibilities.
