INTERNATIONAL HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT ACADEMY is the reference institute in Italy for international high-level training in hotel management, the only Italian representative able to truly compete with the largest Hotel Management School worldwide, such as for example the Swiss hotel school.

IHMA is also the only training center in our country to have been created and managed only by real professionals in the hotels industry, to guarantee the quality provided.

The aim of our Academy is to train the Italian hotels leading class, through the widest range of training proposals in our country, open to both young graduates wishing to enter the hotel industry and to professionals who want to drastically accelerate their career.

The IHMA training proposal covers the totality of all the professional figures found in an international hotel structure, from the General Manager to the SPA & Wellness Manager, representing a unique offer at European Level.

Established 10 years ago, it has become the benchmark in high-level hotel training for companies and professionals; IHMA is not a classical training institution, but rather a true hotel company where professionals teach to other prospective professionals.

IHMA’s strength is that the participant does not study, but really learn to work.

Always focused on innovation and attentive to guarantee equal opportunities to all candidates, even in economical difficulties, INTERNATIONAL HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT ACADEMY provides real economic benefits unique in Europe. In particular, starting from 2018, IHMA proposes new participation solutions and new, more personalized payment formulas to allow candidates to take part in training courses without necessarily having the economic means: among others EARLY BIRD RATE, IHMA EASY FINANCING, IHMA FLASH PAYMENT, IHMA BREAK OUT and MODULAR FREQUENCY.
